READ THE STORY

ZAK: Good afternoon everyone and welcome back to another episode of Red Pill News. As always, I'm your host Zak Paine, the corruption detector, and joining me today is my good friend, Mark Cavener, you may know him as AOC, Alexandria Occasional Cortex, from chat. You may also know him as a candidate for a couple of different seats in government from Arizona all the way up to Oregon. Mark, how are you today? 

MARK: Well, I'm doing great talking to you, but in general, wow! I've been attacked pretty hard core and when I reached out to you I was still in disbelief. I can't believe that they're allowed to do this any human being. But yea, it's been a long campaign trail and as you know I was running in Oregon's 2nd Congressional District and finding some election fraud, as is always the case in Oregon. I've done a lot of successful campaigns recently around the mandates in terms of getting criminal charges filed against Oregon DMV for religious discrimination. Generally, it all started coming after this Biden's Crime Bill of '94 which allowed millions of orders since then to be issued every year taking away somebody's rights to bear arms, oftentimes taking away their children. So that is the thing that got me into the politics in the first place. I wasn't trying. I had a successful career in the entertainment industry and parlayed that over into charitable fundraising and doing service work. It was the best work of my life. You know, working with fancy people but low and behold all that came to head when they started coming after my daughter.

ZAK: Yea, let's talk about that. I assume that this isn't a problem that just suddenly popped up out of nowhere. I mean this has been ongoing for some time.

MARK: Correct but now there's a lot of new things popping up like Red Flags Laws and it looks like they are trying to make me an example out of that. So I have not lived in Washington state since 2012. I'm not a resident. I have no minor children there. My wife divorced me 20 years ago in that state. In 2012, a 10 year order was issued against me, saying I could not speak to my daughter. It was bogus claims of course and par for course it was the same attorney that came after 6 friends of mine's children successfully. That's pretty high odds, right?

ZAK: Yea.

MARK: So when I say that "they" I used to think it was my ex's family and some of their friends and as the years go on, I found out the "they" is pretty high up the food chain. I did some whistleblowing with a friend of mine and we discovered this illegal organization of judges called the Superior Court Judge's Association. We proved they were legal by obtaining their business trade name that had never been taken. I do have a history of really pissing off this court in particular because I discover this, it was my big red pill moment, in digging into these bad actors and finding that their history of this court was rife with children abusers. One of the guys running the courts actually got caught with video cameras in the bathroom in the family law courts, in the courtrooms! right? He ended up committing suicide after they found this out, his name was Stuart Greenberg, but he's not the only one. And so all this started from trying to protect my daughter from my father-in-law. My wife had accused him of being the worst kind of sexual abuser. I should've shut my mouth, right, and just not spoken up because they protect their own apparently. It's a long drawn out thing, but there's too much to go into.

ZAK: Let's briefly, with the protection order that was granted back in 2012, did your wife take you to family court?

MARK: Yes, my wife took me to court 28 times in that short amount of time.

ZAK: Litigious. Why was she coming after you if it was her father who was sexual abuser

MARK: Stockholm syndrome? I don't know. I still feel really sorry for her, and I don't want to get into too many details because I don't want to come near breaking any orders.

ZAK: Suffice it to say, I mean 28 times? It sounds like a woman scorned. It sounds like somebody who has a grudge and not necessarily someone who is trying to protect their child. But, the very idea that a 10 year order would be put in place. So how old was your daughter in 2012? 

MARK: She was 11 years old. 

ZAK: So now she's 21 years old. And that 10 year order has come up to it's expiration date.

MARK: Yea, oddly enough, it was going to come to it's expiration date the day it confirmed the ballots in the 2020 Congressional race. A week before, they issued two new orders. 

ZAK: Why was it issued now, I mean is your wife still trying to deal with you in family court? If your daughter is now 21, she's no longer a minor. 

MARK: Yea, and she's a resident of a different state now, and I'm a resident of Oregon. So there's absolutely no jurisdiction, but I'm screwed. They issued these orders anyway.

ZAK: The same judge or a different judge? 

MARK: Different judge, and a friend of mine saw my name in the family court calendar, even though there's no family law case. I went into the zoom link I said what are you guys doing here, you can't do this. You have no personal jurisdiction, I haven't been served. I still, you're required to be personally served by law if they're looking to take away custody or firearms. It's very specific about that rule, you need to be know, you need to know about these hearings that are taking place. I objected, but they went forward anyway. I said "Well if you're going to proceed, I need an extension to get an attorney to represent me. I don't feel comfortable representing myself" trying to take my rights away until the year 2099!

ZAK: And how long did you say, like 75 years? 

MARK: 77 years. The order was granted on the 12th, just days ago. 

ZAK: Under what reasoning did they give you, like any type of explanation?

MARK: Yea, I've got just a screenshot of the reasoning right here so in the question posed here, "Does possession of a firearm or other dangerous weapon by the respondent present a serious eminent threat to public safety or the health of safety of any individual, please describe." Here's the reasoning why I'm a threat. So, possibly, "Given that his mental health may not be stable, he has always had inclinations for conspiracies and wild claims. But since his sister died several years ago, he started posting extremely inflammatory things online, such as claiming that Big Pharma is trying to kill people, encouraging violent insurrection at the Capitol and being a part of the far right conspiracy movement, 'Q-anon'. He was often erratic and spontaneous when I was a child as described previously, I fear that stress about child custody and his sister's death has made him erratic in a much more violent and angry way."

ZAK: And whose voice is this? Is that your daughter's voice? 

MARK: That is the voice of Karma Zaike, an evil attorney that's filed all 28 now 32 of these orders against me. Their claiming it's my daughter, but she hasn't appeared, she hasn't shown her face, she didn't testify. There was a digitally signed in the law offices of Michael Bugni and Associates, of which that Karma Zaike is partner in. In fact, she's kept private for a long time, but there you go, she is a partner. They're claiming that my daughter signed, but I don't buy it, I really don't. If she has actually been brainwashed so much that she would  think I was a threat, then, I'll say prayers for her. But I don't believe it's her. This attorney has been caught making up plaintiffs in cases before.

ZAK: Really? 

MARK: Yes, 12 active bar complaints against her, and she's still allowed to keep on doing this stuff, but the fact is, they issued this order based on these reasons. There was my history of domestic violence they're claiming just is non-existent. They had to, when they issued the 10 year order, we hadn't been in the same room for 8 years since that point. We divorced and lived in different cities. And so they concocted some incident in the men's bathroom of the courthouse claiming I attacked her father in the men's bathroom at the courthouse. Obviously I didn't and his own declaration said I wasn't. Anyway, I really didn't want to get into the details of all the past and all that. It really doesn't matter. What really matters right now is that they are using politics now to do it. And they even use the words politically unhinged.

ZAK: Yea, and calling you a conspiracy theorist. Imagine, the things you post online can now be used against you in family court which is total kangaroo farce from the get go. I mean, family courts all across America have been exposed long ago essentially for being gristmills, charging people money, the lawyers, the judges, the therapists, everyone has a connection to somebody else. They wouldn't exist without each other. It's essentially job security. These people get together. They insure that they're going to remain practicing in whatever aspect of family court that it is. And, low and behold, people in your position get pushed into situations that are completely unfair. My heart goes out to you, Mark. 

MARK: Yea, and the fact that they did it while I was still a candidate for Congress, and used January 6th 'insurrection' and used Q-anon. Come on and you read the whole thing clearly lawyer speak, and it was plucked right our of the Media Matters article about me and the 46 people they claim were Congressional candidate A-anon followers. Anyways, no evidence of any of this anyway. It doesn't matter. They've got the order, and I need some help. I've been, that same day, they cleaned out my bank account.  

ZAK: Under what pretense? 

MARK: They sent a letter stating that the state of Washington has issued a garnishment. And it was the same day as the order. These things, I would think, would take a while to get in there, it's a whole different system that has keys to bank accounts. But, I still haven't found my bank has not given me the order they received, but the fact that it happened at the same time, wiping me out before I even could, denied getting a lawyer the first place. But now, I've got 10 days to respond and that order was on the 12th. They've cleaned me out. I'm penniless. I don't have a place to hang my hat, and if I don't respond officially it'll be, properly, it'll be a permanent order of the court in 10 days. I have 30 days after with which to order at the court, file at the court of appeals. My only real hope is reaching out to this community I've been fighting the deep state with and see if I can mount a defense. Preferably, an attorney or a firm that's got some deep pockets that don't mind helping me out with this. I don't have a 10,000 retainer to give anybody to deal with this. But, the end-date for this order is July 2099. That's a 77 year protection order. 

ZAK: That's absolutely insane. Mark, would you start your video again?

MARK: Yea, at this point, I need help from this community. I don't have a pot to piss in. I don't have a penny to give a lawyer, truly. And I was forced out of my home after my mother passed away, and you know, I'm not crying just to give you my sob story, it's just that I'm down and out. This is permanent if I don't address it forward. I've got 10 days from the 12th of July to do a revision here and 30 days with which to file in the court of appeals. Without everybody's help out there, I don't have a chance in hell. I need to raise some money for a legal defense and preferably, if there's an attorney out that can vouch for a firm and back me up on this. It might be a little bit of work, but really it shouldn't be, I'm not even a resident. They have no personal jurisdiction. It could be quite easy to get it out, but not without an attorney to represent me. I just can't pull this off in this corrupt state. I really thought my only hope was reaching out to your show and the people in this movement and other shows that know what it is we're fighting against and can recognize that I've been singled out. They're using these red flag laws to come after me permanently and take away my right to see my only child, forever, for our entire lives. That itself I don't think there's a legal avenue for. There's certainly no justification for it. I certainly, even if i was a conspiracy theorist, or a Q-anon follower, an insurrectionist, and all these things, and they could prove it, it's not a basis for permanently destroying the ties between a father and his daughter. I really need your help.

ZAK: It absolutely seems to be malicious. You know, what is the point of putting this order in place if neither of you reside in Washington? Your daughter is an adult okay, I've never heard of any such thing. And what about the garnishment? How much money are they trying to take from you? And let's say that you are able to raise money, how do you know they're not going to take that too? 

MARK: Well, I don't think they can sneak into my Cash App. My PayPal was deleted permanently during my campaign for unknown reasons. Clearly I'm being targeted. I think the reason boil down to the partner, Karma Zaike's partner, Michael Bugni, is actually a judge in this very court. 

ZAK: Isn't that a bit of a conflict? 

MARK: You think? I tend to think so too. He's been a pro term judge right now, I don't know right now, but they've been managing to get away with this for a long time. I even caught this guy on audio recordings I found where the commissioner is talking to this judge who appeared for the first time in my case, that was in 2012, and they were joking and said, "Well we finally got him didn't we?" He said, "You ever get the feeling we're gonna get sued for this someday?" You know, meaning what they were doing to me. 

ZAK: Wow.

MARK: It's just so brazen they would say this in court, knowing it was being recorded. Maybe just thinking I would never find the recording. Anyway, little things like this, it's along history, and I do believe it goes all the way to the tippy top. I think it has to do my with my whistleblowing, exposing the Superior Court Judges Association, exposing the state of Washington and other states' child trafficking. It's what they're doing. They are taking children from their parent. In short of being arrested for a crime, if you've done something that is worthy of this, then don't you think that an arrest should be made? 

ZAK: Yea

MARK: A felon that commits murder can get out in 10 years for good behavior and still get to see his kids. In fact, his kids can visit him in prison. So it's actually more of a prison sentence to not be able to speak to my child. I don't know what else to do. I'm stuck here, I need to reach out to this community to help fix it and see if we can rally some troops. What's really needed is Sydney Powell sized lawyer, or somebody who at least can address these Constitutional issues and maybe make a federal case out of it, which I think it is. Aside from just responding to the state of Washington, which I need to do immediately, I think this is a much bigger case that could take a little bit longer. There's a lot wrapped up into this, and if we can get a big enough lawyer, big enough guns, to fight it, maybe it'll be the dismantling of the whole thing. It's very much like other things that are happening, like their law-fare, election fraud, etc. etc. that they're trying to kick me out of and get me busy on this stuff. 

ZAK: Right. 

MARK: I was just hoping I'm just reaching out for your help and your audience's help. I need some money. Flat out, I need some money to make this happen. But, unfortunately, it's just par for the course, in a liberal area like Washington, like Oregon, unfortunately it's the kind of stuff we've come to expect.
